Electronics Warranty Procedure
FIRST! Call us @ 573-756-2049 before declaring an amplifier or DSP defective.
We find that the majority of returned product is in perfect working condition.
Amplifier and DSP products MUST be shipped to us because we thoroughly test all products and must duplicate the problem BEFORE a replacement is shipped or dealer credit is given. All sales are final, therefore, any refund is solely done at Audio Dynamics discretion. Refunded products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
1) MANDATORY! Make a copy of the customer’s invoice and include it in the box with the amp and make a note describing the problem and if you want credit or a replacement. The customer’s invoice MUST include the customer name, date, and a good contact phone number. We do contact customers at random.
2) IN YOUR BEST INTEREST! Pack the electronic product securely like you would want us to ship it to you. This is VERY IMPORTANT because we may ship the product back to you if no problem is found and you would not like to receive the product back that was damaged because of how it was shipped to us. We WILL NOT warranty an electronic product that is dented or has broken connectors. MAKE SURE you add enough insurance to the product you are shipping because we are not responsible for receiving damaged, lost, or missing product.
