This plan is a low cost, core exchange, product replacement plan for product that is accidentally damaged or abused and NOT covered by our material and workmanship defect warranty. This plan is offered for 3 years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. This plan requires a copy of the original sales receipt.

Why do we offer such a plan?
We understand that accidents happen when running systems at high volumes for extended periods of time, subwoofers mounted in less than perfect enclosures, or damage during installation like slipping with the drill and poking a hole in the cone or surround. This plan is designed for maximum forgiveness and ease of replacing your accidentally damaged speaker at the lowest cost possible

Accidental Damage Replacement Plan Procedure
1) Fill out the Accidental Damage Replacement Plan Form and press Submit.
2) Audio Dynamics will review the Accidental Damage Replacement Plan form
3) Audio Dynamics will email back a form complete with an RA#
4) Print the form and include it INSIDE the shipping package.
5) Pack the speaker with great care and write the form RA# on the outside of the box.
6) Ship the speaker(s) to: Audio Dynamics, 7574 Highway F, Farmington, MO 63640
7) Audio Dynamics will contact the dealer or customer for payment after the speaker is received and processed. All Replacement Plan speaker costs include shipping back to the dealer or customer.
8) A new speaker is shipped back to the dealer or customer by UPS Ground.
