Description

Overview

The Sonic Excellence S1 tweeter is a low distortion inverted PEEK dome 28mm tweeter.  This tweeter is optimized for off-axis response.

The S1 tweeter features a high strength N42H magnet with shorting ring and extended pole piece for wide bandwidth coverage from 2kHz to beyond 20kHz.

The S1 comes with an integrated chemically etched steel grille featuring an anti-resonant hole-pattern with size of opening optimized for dispersion.

The S1 features a threaded rear body and a large diameter ABS nut for securing it to panels up to 3/8″ (9.5mm) thick. Also included is a metal bridge mount to accommodate every type of installation scenario.
